Your telematics system may not be connected to DRIP.
🌱 Solution
In that case, please open our website and select the "Connectivity" subpage.
In the "Telematic Systems" section, after clicking the "Add Telematic" button, enter the exact name of your system again - to rule out any typing errors. If your system is still not displayed, please click the "Request new System" button.
Please enter the required information into the input fields in the window that appears. Please make sure to use the login credentials of the telematic system you are adding.
After submitting your request, the provider of the telematics system will be contacted by us to obtain the necessary authentication data.
This process may sometimes take time, but we are committed to completing it as quickly as possible. Once it is successfully processed, we will contact you promptly.
