SMS messages directly from the DRIP dashboard

From now on, you can send SMS messages directly from your dashboard. This allows you to communicate quickly and easily with your drivers without leaving the platform.

To use this feature, make sure to provide a phone number when adding your driver and ensure that the driver is in the relevant group(s).

To send an SMS, navigate to the upper right area of the dashboard and click on the symbol outlined in red in the screenshot below.

An overview will open, with drivers to choose from on the left side, and a message area.

Click on the driver who should receive the SMS (if a phone number is available, it will be displayed under the driver's name). Then, type the message in the text field and click "send."

Your sent SMS will then be displayed in the message area.

The driver will receive the SMS immediately on their mobile phone and can also reply instantly via SMS.

You will receive the reply directly on your DRIP dashboard!

This new feature ensures that your drivers receive important information on time – even with a poor internet connection.
