Chat - Live Translation

The chat has a live translation function that automatically translates messages based on the user's individual language settings.

This makes language barriers in daily communication a thing of the past.

This is how it works:

The driver who has set ‘English’ as his language in the D4D App - here driving the ‘Test_D3eif’ asset, tells the dispatcher in his language (English) that he will be at the customer's on time.

The dispatcher, who has set ‘german’ as his language on DRIP, is shown the message written by the driver (1) in German (2). If anything is unclear, it is possible to display the original message.

The dispatcher can then reply in german:

The message is then displayed to the driver in english.

With this feature, language barriers are a thing of the past and daily communication between dispatchers and drivers is made much easier.
