How secure is my data?

Data security and data ownership are the top principles of DRIP.

The platform is hosted in a highly secure data center and all communication is encrypted using secure web protocols (SSL). Access to the system is protected by user access controls and optional authentication apps. All data is stored within the EU.

DRIP is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Each company has its own separate account, so data is never mixed with other customers’ data. Data protection and GDPR compliance are a top priority. DRIP follows the need-to-knowprinciple, meaning only the data that is required to fulfill a contract can be shared.

You are always in control of your data. Vehicles and data are only shared if you actively allow it. Sharing follows a secure two-step process and can be done either automatically via order-based tracking or manually via time-based sharing with trusted partners.

• ISAE 3000 – Assurance Report for Data and Information Security
  DRIP has an independent ISAE 3000 assurance report, issued by an external auditor.
  This report confirms that defined controls and processes related to data and information security have been independently reviewed according to international auditing standards.
